Our Project:
We will compete in a wide range of team championships, with a strong focus on iRacing Special Events and Weekly Series Events. Throughout the season, our drivers will take part in some of the most prestigious endurance races and competitive online events that iRacing has to offer.
From legendary endurance races such as the Daytona 24 Hours, Nurburgring 24 Hours, and the 24 Hours du Le Mans, to weekly team-based competitions across multiple disciplines, our goal is to continuously challenge ourselves against some of the best sim racers in the world.
By participating in these events, we aim to develop our drivers, strengthen teamwork, and gain valuable race experience at the highest level of sim racing. Every event is an opportunity to improve, compete, and represent our team with professionalism, dedication, and passion for motorsport.
Whether it's a single weekly event or a major special event attracting thousands of participants worldwide, we approach every race with the same mindset: preparation, consistency, and the pursuit of excellence.

Driver:
Red Lions Sim Team is here both for those who could use a little extra help and for those looking for friendly yet driven teammates. We can provide additional feedback to help you become faster and faster, and we also enjoy participating in various championships.

Development Driver:
Red Lions Sim Team is currently heavily focused on creating setups for private customers. To do this as effectively as possible, a great deal of time and effort is required. That is why we are looking for drivers who are passionate about improving both themselves and the car.
Not everyone is suited for the role of Development Driver. Besides being a fast driver, we are also looking for drivers who can clearly explain what they feel in the car and what they would like to change in the setup. Therefore, knowledge of car setup and vehicle behavior is essential.
P.S. In addition to creating setups for private customers, you will also help the Red Lions drivers prepare suitable setups for their upcoming races.
Engineer:
As a Race Engineer within Red Lions Sim Team, you support our iRacing drivers during practice sessions and races. You analyze data and strategy, assist with setups, tire pressures, and fuel calculations, and guide drivers through communication during endurance and sprint races. Together, you ensure maximum performance and consistent results on track.
